Is it OK to use intimate care products that contain fragrance?

Many gynaecologists still do not recommend fragrance-containing products. They may be unaware of our new skin-friendly scents that are formulated with hypoallergenic scent ingredients and are gentle enough for intimate skin. Isn't the vagina a self-cleaning oven?

While the vagina (internal) is self-cleaning, the vulva (the external vaginal area) is not. Gentle cleansing of the vulva with a pH-balanced wash like Vagisil is important for removing common materials like vaginal discharge, urine, and feces that can accumulate daily and cause odour and irritation. These materials are not readily removed with water alone, and vulvar skin benefits from gentle cleansing with a pH-balanced wash
